May 17: Visakha Bucha Day

Buddhism’s holiest date commemorates the Buddha’s birth, enlightenment and death. Devotees bring lunch to monks, then in the evening process around temples by candlelight. Alcohol is banned all day.

May 17: Songs from Musicals and Show Tunes
Where: Kad Suan Kaew Theatre
